Job summary

Quantinuum seeks a Senior Director, Technical Solutions to lead the Solutions Architecture and Technical Sales Solutions Specialist teams. You will shape strategy, govern technical standards, and drive cross-functional execution across opportunity qualification, design, and delivery to realize customer value.

You will guide domain-aligned support for strategic accounts while enabling commercial growth, mentoring talent, and aligning with Quantinuum's research and product roadmaps on a global

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field (Quantum/Physics/Math/CS/Engineering)
• 12+ years in industrial research programs or technical leadership roles
• Experience leading customer-facing technical teams across disciplines
• Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into customer value
• Exceptional communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience operating within a global, matrixed organization

Responsibilities

• Lead Solutions Architecture and Technical Sales Solutions Specialist teams
• Define vision, strategy, and operating model for the Technical Solutions function
• Establish standards, governance, methodologies, and best practices
• Build a high-performing organization with career paths and development
• Partner with Commercial leadership to support pipeline growth and opportunities
• Oversee portfolio of opportunities, delivery quality, and customer outcomes
• Maintain industry leadership in quantum technologies and market trends
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Scientific, Research, and Commercial teams
