Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking the Americas Head of Workplace Experience to lead and scale Workplace Services for 6,000+ employees across the Americas, including US facilities and the DC HQ. You will oversee hoteling, space booking, reception, catering, onboarding and meeting/event operations, while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

The role collaborates with GRE, ITG, HR, Finance, and Marketing, shaping standards and technology integration for a superior onsite and hybrid experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience.
• 3+ years of related experience in national operations/national facilities management and/or hospitality service.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Proven expertise leading teams to deliver high touch internal/external customer experiences.
• Superior knowledge of multiple functions and principles, including F&B, conference services, mail, and project management.
• Experience with space utilization (moves/restacks/shared workplace) strategy and technology.
• Ability to travel to FTI office(s) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Workplace Experience team to exceed expectations across all services.
• Design and implement playbooks, guidelines, and standards for WPX and cross-functional service teams.
• Coordinate talent management including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Oversee Workplace Services, including hospitality, concierge, reception, hoteling, office services, facilities, and vendor management.
• Partner with GRE, ITG, HR, Finance, and Marketing to support technology tools and space management.
