FTI Consulting’s Americas Head of Workplace Experience, a Senior Director role, leads a regional team delivering workplace services across the US, Canada and LATAM, including the DC HQ. You will shape strategy, manage daily operations, and partner with GRE, ITG, HR, Finance, and Marketing to create a best-in-class employee experience for 6000+ colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and lead Workplace Experience team to deliver excellence across services.
• Design and lead playbooks, guidelines, and standards for WPX and cross-functional service teams.
• Coordinate Talent Management needs: recruitment, training, development, employee relations, performance management and compensation.
• Continuously evaluate and identify innovative ways to streamline and enhance service delivery to maximize the employee experience.
• Oversee third party outsourcing governance with national partners; ensure compliance and quality.
• Oversee hospitality, concierge and reception, hoteling, office services, facilities and communications; landlord engagement, sustainability.
• Partner with Health, Safety and Security team to implement initiatives and protocols.
• Collaborate with ITG and Real Estate for technology tools like AV, Teams, and related solutions.
• Provide stakeholder management, reporting, and serve as escalation point for workplace issues by region.
• Develop overhead operating budgets for each location and monitor expenses; support forecasting.
• Create WPX business cases for real estate scenarios and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Partner with GRE on design input for capital projects and coordinate on space planning.
• Liaise between GRE and Workplace on long-term space planning and design standards.
• Execute change management road map to support renovations, moves and other projects.
