This senior leader will originate, close high-impact deals and build a high-performing team, driving growth and customer value.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver launches, governance, and ongoing performance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the strategic partnerships and business development roadmap.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new partnership opportunities across digital, retail, brand, technology, and channels.
• Own the full partnership lifecycle from sourcing through negotiation, launch, governance, and performance management.
• Oversee health and performance of existing partnerships and drive incremental value.
• Lead cross-functional planning for launches and integrations with executive updates.
