HDR is seeking a Senior Business Class Director (Wastewater) to lead technical capabilities and manage a large, multi-disciplinary program. You will mentor technical leaders, drive risk management, and contribute to proposals, client relations and strategic planning across HDR's global footprint.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering/architecture, 10+ years in related fields, and registration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/architecture or closely related field.
• Experience in development and management of diverse teams.
• Ability to lead technical design initiatives and collaborate with multiple directors.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Build relations with related business classes, market sectors and operations.
• Oversee risk management, QA/QC, and deployment of tools/standards.
