Travel and client engagement are expected as part of strategic leadership. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering or related field, 10+ years of experience, and professional registration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration is required for leadership roles overseeing technical design.
• Experience in developing and managing diverse teams.
• Ability to collaborate with other HDR leaders on business class efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Build relationships with related business classes, market sectors and operations.
• Lead and participate in technical risk management and quality control processes.

• Support client management, proposals and project development.
