Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Build relationships with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
• Lead risk management and provide technical advisory services on projects.
• Drive quality assurance and control processes.
• Oversee development of technical tools, standards, and techniques to enhance service quality.
• Oversee staffing and project assignments with effective worksharing.
• Develop strategic plans with market sector directors and leadership at national to local levels.
• Lead research initiatives to advance WTEM capabilities and standards.
• Support client development and project pursuits and industry engagement.
• Represent HDR in industry organizations and functions and share lessons learned.
