Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a National Sales Coordinator in Beverly Hills to provide essential administrative, financial, and operational support to the EVP of Special Events, SVP of National Sales, and three SVP’s of Sales nationwide. This role also supports our national marketing team.

You will help manage budgets, compile reports, update assets, and coordinate onboarding and recruitment efforts while collaborating across departments in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of customer service, administrative support, hospitality, or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, databases, and general computer systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
• Interest in sales, hospitality, live events, or venue operations.
• Knowledge of food and beverage and guest relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to EVP and SVP’s as needed.
• Update sales assets and onboarding of new employees.
• Collect, organize annual, monthly and weekly reports.
• Manage meetings and EVP hiring process coordination.
• Support budget planning and expense tracking.
• Update training materials and internal guides.
