Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development for the ECC Vehicle missionization. This role will shape strategic opportunities, engage with DoD and partners, and bring ground vehicle C4 compute capabilities to market across the US and allied forces.

You will work with OEMs, craft data-driven strategies, lead capture efforts, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to align roadmaps with evolving threats. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in defense business development, program management, or acquisitions.
• Strong understanding of DoD processes, contracting, and transitions.
• Experience with vehicle-based systems and edge compute technologies.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance or ability to maintain.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand vehicle ECC adoption across DoD and allies.
• Identify new opportunities with mobile ECC capabilities and operational gaps.
• Lead capture efforts for vehicle-based ECC programs with PAEs and units.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across services to align requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations to shape roadmaps.
• Support proposals, briefings, and strategic planning activities.
• Represent ECC vehicle systems at events and demonstrations.
• Contribute to performance tracking and growth planning.
