Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Director of Business Development to own and scale the expeditionary systems growth, personally developing relationships at the highest levels of the DoD and allied governments. You will shape requirements, run captures, and close large deals, leading with edge compute and infrastructure and expanding into command and control and sensor/effector transport.

You will set strategic direction for penetrating new markets, expanding with existing customers, and scaling

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct business development or sales experience in defense, national security, or adjacent technology markets.
• History of carrying and exceeding a quota or bookings target in a commission or incentive environment.
• Experience building pipeline from early-stage market development through programmatic funding and contract award.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the expeditionary systems pipeline across compute, infrastructure, C2, and sensor/effector transport with bookings accountability.
• Lead end-to-end captures for major programs, shaping requirements through proposal submission to contract award.
• Define go-to-market for the expeditionary systems category and drive demand across DoD, allied nations, and commercial partners.
• Structure wins to leverage Anduril’s broader compute and software portfolio and coordinate with product lines.
• Build direct relationships with senior decision-makers and engage requirements owners to shape future programs.
