Job summary

Alignment Health in California is seeking a Sr. Director, Care Delivery Organization (CDO) Contracting to lead the value-based contracting lifecycle across IPAs, health systems, and large physician groups.

You will partner with Corporate Contracting, Network Development and Market Leadership to design and execute strategies, analyze claims data, and oversee contract performance to achieve cost and quality targets in a Medicare Advantage setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field required.
• MBA or related graduate degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with value-based contracting in managed care or Medicare Advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead value-based contracting strategy and execution across provider networks.
• Negotiate and manage complex provider arrangements with IPAs, health systems, and large physician groups.
• Oversee contract performance and cross-functional collaboration with Corporate Contracting, Network Development, and Market Leadership.
• Analyze medical claims data and financial performance to identify cost-improvement opportunities.
• Build and develop a contracting team and coordinate cross-functional project delivery.
