Job summary

COPE Health Solutions in Los Angeles (Hybrid) seeks a Contract Coordinator to support Network Contracting & Operations across IPA, ACO, ECM and other value-based care initiatives. The role covers end-to-end contract lifecycle, including development, negotiation, execution, implementation, and ongoing administration.

You will draft provider agreements, coordinate approvals, maintain templates and contract libraries, monitor milestones, and produce dashboards on renewals and network growth,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in healthcare contracting or related field preferred.
• Experience with hospitals, physician groups, or health plans encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage provider agreements using approved templates.
• Negotiate standard contracts and amendments.
• Coordinate review, approval and execution of contracts.
• Develop dashboards and reports on contract status.
