Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking a Director of Payer Relationships and Value-Based Contracting to lead and oversee a portfolio of value-based contracts across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Commercial, and ACA lines. You will serve as the Population Health liaison and work with Managed Care, Finance, Analytics, and legal teams to optimize performance and compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant healthcare experience.
