Qualifications

• MAI designation required.
• 10+ years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and completion of advanced appraisal coursework preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to deliver excellent client service across the organization and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Originate new client relationships and foster existing ones.
• Manage team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results.
• Allocate appraisal assignments.
• Supervise trainee appraisers.
• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for corporate clients.
• Apply expertise in discounted cash flow and various valuation methods.
• Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic trends.
• Assist with preparing and presenting analysis results.
