Perimeter, a global biosecurity infrastructure company, seeks a seasoned U.S. Government contracts leader to manage the full lifecycle of government awards. The Senior Director will negotiate with federal personnel, primes, and partners while guiding executives on risk and strategy.

The role requires deep FAR/DFARS expertise and the ability to translate government requirements into actionable business processes. Hybrid role based in Boston or Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in U.S. Government contracts required.
• Deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS and related agency requirements.
• Experience negotiating with Government personnel, primes, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and negotiation of Perimeter’s U.S. Government awards and agreements.
• Advise executives on contractual strategy, risks, and compliance.
• Oversee lifecycle from opportunity assessment to closeout and renewals.
• Interact with government contracting personnel, primes, and subcontractors.
