Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree (MD/PhD) with 10+ years experience or equivalent.
• Master's Degree with 12+ years experience or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead US Payer, Value, and Access Strategy organization and define priorities.
• Oversee integrated payer and external stakeholder value strategies.
• Coordinate with HEOR, Medical Affairs, Brand, and Regulatory to translate evidence.
• Provide senior leadership oversight of launch readiness and lifecycle planning.
• Establish governance and operating models across the new vertical.
