Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Director, Investor Relations to partner with C-suite executives and lead messaging on strategy, performance, and investment cases during the company’s separation. The role reports to the VP of Investor Relations and will coordinate with Accounting, FP&A, and Legal teams.

This high-visibility position involves significant ownership and a fast-paced environment, requiring executive presence, strong communication, and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• MBA or CFA is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling and valuation methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IR team to develop messaging communicating financial performance and strategy.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business model and performance.
• Lead quarterly earnings process, including press release, presentation, and Q&A.
• Perform financial modeling, valuation analyses, and competitive intelligence.
• Prepare presentations/reports for board and executives, internal and external audiences.
• Shape investor engagement and roadshow materials.
• Support investor targeting to identify prospective shareholders.
• Monitor investor sentiment and industry trends to inform positioning.
• Act as a point of contact for buy-side/sell-side analysts.
