Bausch + Lomb in the United States is seeking a Head of Professional Strategy for U.S. Vision Care to lead engagement with eye care professionals and advance growth across the U.S. Vision Care business.

Reporting to the Vice President and General Manager, this role requires strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration with Clinical, Marketing, Sales and Medical Affairs. The ideal candidate will hold an OD, bring 10+ years of leadership in vision care, and demonstrate strong commercial

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited school or college of optometry.
• 10 years of senior leadership experience in vision care or related healthcare.
• Strong understanding of U.S. optometric landscape and patient needs.
• Proven ability to lead strategic/commercial initiatives with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior clinical and commercial voice within U.S. Vision Care.
• Lead the U.S. professional strategy, priorities, and KPIs.
• Incorporate optometrist perspectives into strategy and product commercialization.
• Build relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and key stakeholders across the eye care community.
• Collaborate with Professional Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Medical Affairs.
• Represent U.S. Vision Care at industry meetings and advisory boards.
• Oversee educational programs, congresses, and speaker programs.
• Translate clinical insights into actionable commercial opportunities.
