Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Senior Director – Programs & Operations Leader, ITC to design and operate a cohesive framework for trade compliance execution. You will lead a team of experts, translating regulatory requirements into scalable governance systems and training across GE Aerospace.

This role ensures an integrated ITC operating model with enterprise capabilities, driving risk management and efficient execution across divisions and subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of cross‑functional teams in a regulated environment.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into enterprise policies and operating models.
• Strong understanding of U.S. and international trade compliance in aerospace/defense.

Responsibilities

• Translate ITC strategy and regulatory requirements into enterprise priorities and execution plans.
• Lead development, implementation, and governance of ITC policies, programs, standards, and operating requirements.
• Define and manage the ITC operating model, including escalation paths and decision processes.
• Establish metrics and dashboards to monitor program effectiveness, risks, and priority visibility.
• Lead enablement capabilities including training, communications, digital tools, and risk management.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of ITC processes across the enterprise.
• Build partnerships across Legal, Digital Technology, HR, Communications, Audit, and business stakeholders.
