Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Risk Management Leader for International Trade Compliance to develop and execute a comprehensive ITC risk management framework and provide a forward-looking view of trade compliance risk across GE. You will partner with Central Compliance and define governance, analytics, and reporting to identify, assess, prioritize, monitor, and mitigate ITC risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with extensive risk/compliance experience.
• Minimum 8 years in international trade compliance, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, internal controls, audit or related.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the enterprise ITC risk management framework, methodology, and governance model.
• Integrate insights from investigations, audits, reviews into the risk profile.
• Monitor corrective actions to ensure completion and effectiveness.
• Assess mitigation effectiveness and provide visibility into risk reduction.
• Inform priorities, remediation actions, and control improvements with ITC leadership.
• Establish consistent approaches for risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting.
