Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Director – Programs & Operations Leader, ITC, a senior leader responsible for designing and operating the cohesive ITC framework across the company to enable effective trade compliance execution. You will lead a team translating regulatory requirements into governance, training, and operating mechanisms, ensuring enterprise capabilities work as an integrated system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years of professional experience OR an equivalent combination.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in international trade compliance, regulatory compliance, legal, risk, operations, or a related discipline.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• Translate ITC strategy and regulatory requirements into enterprise priorities and execution plans.
• Develop, implement, and govern ITC policies, programs, standards, and operating requirements.
• Define and manage the ITC operating model, including escalation paths and decision-making processes.
• Establish metrics, dashboards, and systems to assess program effectiveness and risks.
• Lead enablement capabilities including network, training, digital tools, and risk management.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of ITC processes enterprise-wide.
• Sponsor cross-functional initiatives to improve ITC efficiency and maturity.
• Build partnerships across Legal, Digital Technology, HR, Communications, Audit, and business units.
