Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Director – ITC, Strategic Licensing to lead export licensing strategy and operate the ITC license program. You will advise the executive leader, oversee licensing teams, and support global engagement while ensuring compliance with ITAR and EAR requirements.

The role requires deep regulatory knowledge, strong leadership, and a track record of enabling global growth through compliant license strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with extensive professional experience in a global organization.
• Minimum 8 years in International Trade Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead export licensing and operations teams across all divisions and subsidiaries.
• Set strategic vision and oversee procurement of export authorizations.
• Engage with government officials and ensure ITAR/EAR compliance and security requirements.
• Identify needs with senior leaders to optimize export authorizations for global growth.
