- Experience with vendor negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Lead global benefits strategy; align with organizational priorities.
- Govern enterprise benefits model across regions.
- Oversee retirement programs design and governance.
- Develop wellbeing and health/welfare programs.
- Manage vendor strategies and negotiations.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement.
- Monitor program effectiveness via analytics.
- Build and coach a global benefits team.
