Govern and oversee HR systems, data integrity, reporting and analytics.
Drive HR technology improvements and process efficiency.
Lead implementation of a new EHR and related HR integration.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to use data and analytics to improve compensation decisions.
