Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Total Rewards to shape compensation and benefits strategy for a growing national retailer. You’ll design scalable programs, benchmark market practices, and drive data-driven decisions across retail and corporate teams.

You’ll lead a cross-functional team, partner with executives on pay strategy, and oversee leave, ADA accommodations, I-9, and regulatory processes to balance value, cost, and compliance.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in total rewards.
• Extensive experience with broad-based, retail compensation and benefits.
• Ability to consult with employees at all levels and lead significant changes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; expert in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation strategy, design, governance and governance of programs across retail and corporate functions.
• Oversee job architecture, market benchmarking, and pay structure development for internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Partner with senior leaders to align pay with performance, growth and planning.
• Provide oversight for annual compensation cycles including merit, bonus and equity.
• Lead benefits strategy and multi-year design across health, retirement and related programs.
• Manage enterprise leave, ADA accommodations, I-9 and unemployment compliance.
• Collaborate across HR, Finance, Legal and Operations to ensure alignment with business priorities.
