Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field, SHRM considered for equivalent work experience
• 5–7 years of professional HR experience, preferably in corporate retail
• Solid knowledge of HR principles, laws, and compliance requirements
• Strong conflict resolution, judgement, and business acumen
• Experience guiding cross-functional HR initiatives and policy development

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leadership to hire top talent and strengthen succession planning
• Advise leaders on culture, engagement, and leadership accountability
• Lead talent development through targeted IDPs and performance readiness
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development on HR initiatives
