Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field, SHRM considered for equivalent work experience
- 5–7 years of professional HR experience, preferably in corporate retail
- Solid knowledge of HR principles, laws, and compliance requirements
- Strong conflict resolution, judgement, and business acumen
- Experience guiding cross-functional HR initiatives and policy development
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to hire top talent and strengthen succession planning
- Advise leaders on culture, engagement, and leadership accountability
- Lead talent development through targeted IDPs and performance readiness
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development on HR initiatives
