Job summary

TBC Corporation, headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, seeks a Senior Director of Compensation to lead the design and governance of our enterprise-wide compensation strategy. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive compensation strategy aligned with TBC's business objectives, growth plans, and talent strategy.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on compensation philosophy, pay practices, market trends, and workforce planning considerations.
• Continuously evaluate compensation programs to ensure external competitiveness, internal equity, affordability, and compliance.
• Lead the development and communication of compensation philosophies, policies, and governance frameworks across the enterprise.
• Develop and recommend the annual merit budget and compensation planning strategy in partnership with executive leadership and Finance.
• Lead enterprise-wide merit, promotional, and equity increase processes.
• Oversee execution of compensation planning activities within SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment to approved budgets, business cases, compensation guidelines, and organizational priorities.
