Job summary

CiresiMorek is seeking a Senior HR Total Rewards leader to own compensation, benefits, payroll, and leave administration while establishing consistent practices across Ohio and other locations. The role shapes the Total Rewards framework, aligning with business strategy and regulatory requirements.

The candidate will advance HR technology, improve data integrity and reporting, and provide leadership across benefits, payroll, and leave administration while ensuring governance and benchmarking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits.
• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline (preferred).
• Experience with Dayforce implementation, upgrade, or automation initiatives (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Shape the organization’s Total Rewards strategy, including compensation philosophy, job architecture, salary structures, merit programs, benefits, and pay equity
• Establish consistent compensation governance across the business, providing oversight of benchmarking, pay decisions, exceptions, and recurring market reviews
• Advance HR technology capabilities by improving data integrity, reporting, automation, integrations, and employee self-service
• Provide leadership across benefits, payroll, and leave administration while maintaining compliance across multiple locations and jurisdictions
• Use workforce analytics and financial modeling to evaluate program effectiveness, identify trends, and provide leadership with actionable insights
