Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Manufacturing TPM Program Lead to manage a team of AbbVie TPM Account Managers responsible for third-party manufacturing contracts for packaging finished goods. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years' experience in manufacturing leadership and project management.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering).
• Strong business acumen to drive performance in a complex operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of AbbVie TPM Account Managers to negotiate Manufacturing Service Agreements and amendments.
• Ensure global logistics support and adherence to quality expectations.
• Coordinate product forecasts, manufacturing and delivery schedules with TPMs.
• Develop Financial Operating Plans and monitor performance against goals.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and QA documentation; coordinate audits and CAPA closure.
