Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a senior Manufacturing Program leader to manage a team of TPM Account Managers responsible for packaging of finished goods under TPM contracts. The role ensures high-quality production, compliance with regulations, and timely delivery per forecasts and budgets.

You will lead contract negotiations, coordinate with global logistics, and drive financial planning while guiding QA, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across TPMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and engineering.
• Progressively increased responsibility in supervisory and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of AbbVie TPM Account Managers to negotiate Manufacturing Service Agreements and amendments.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Supplier quality to ensure material procurement aligns with plans.
• Ensure timely product forecasts, manufacturing and delivery schedules communication to TPMs.
• Develop and manage Financial Operating Plan, Updates, and long-range planning processes.
• Monitor performance with metrics; ensure compliance with AbbVie quality expectations.
• Ensure TPM quality systems and documentation meet regulatory requirements and audits.
• Drive a performance improvement culture and coach managers on expectations and results.
• Coordinate management reviews and communicate TPM performance to stakeholders.
• Represent Manufacturing in cross-functional discussions with Brand Teams and TPMs.
