Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of TPM Account Managers to negotiate Manufacturing Service Agreements and amendments.
• Coordinate global logistics to support all phases of the TPM contract.
• Ensure timely communication of forecasts, schedules and changes to TPM stakeholders.
• Develop and manage Financial Operating Plan, Updates and long-range plans.
• Monitor performance and ensure adherence to AbbVie quality expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Coach managers and set clear expectations for responsibilities and growth.
• Represent Manufacturing with Brand Teams and manage staffing and performance.
