Job summary
Plunkett’s is seeking aSenior- level Training & Technical Services Director to guide the evolution of our technical training, field capability and services function. This senior role collaborates with leadership to translate field insights into scalable development programs and robust technical support systems.
The ideal candidate brings deep pest management expertise, proven leadership of technical/training teams, and a data-driven approach to improving training effectiveness and outcomes
Qualifications
- Deep pest management expertise and technical credibility among field professionals.
- Proven success leading technical, training, or operational teams.
- Strong coaching and teaching abilities with content and people development.
- Experience evaluating programs, measuring effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead Training & Technical Capability Strategy with multi-year scalable plans.
- Develop organizational capability by accelerating new-hire training and career development.
- Lead Technical Services & Expertise Development to support complex accounts and knowledge transfer.
- Lead and develop the Training Manager team, Technical Director, and other technical resources.
- Partner with Operations and HR to align training, workforce planning, and organizational needs.
