Job summary

Plunkett's Pest Control is hiring a Pest Control Supervisor to lead a team across TX and NM, including El Paso, Las Cruces, and Alamogordo. You will coach field technicians, drive territory growth, and manage large accounts while promoting safety and excellent service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Great communication skills, written and verbal
• Top-notch client service skills
• Ability to pass state pest control licensing exams

Responsibilities

• Oversee a territory and manage a team of pest control technicians
• Spend time out in the field with your team, coaching and leading by example
• Help drive growth across your territory and set sales goals
• Lead setups for large accounts
• Train new technicians and keep current ones sharp
• Build strong relationships with key customers
• Promote a safety-first culture (OSHA, state, and Plunkett's standards)
• Review reports to keep routes and productivity running smoothly
• Keep an eye on costs for labor, materials, supplies, and vehicles
• Communicate clearly with your team and customers, verbally and in writing
