Plunkett’s Pest Control is seeking a Training & Technical Services Director to steer the evolution of our technical training, field capability, and technical services. This senior role partners with Operations, HR, and leadership to build scalable programs that advance knowledge, skills, and performance across the organization.

The successful candidate will translate field insights into practical development programs, lead a multidisciplinary team, and ensure training aligns with acquisitions,

Qualifications

• Deep pest management expertise and credibility among field professionals.
• Proven success leading technical, training, or operational teams.
• Strong coaching, teaching, and content development skills.
• Experience evaluating programs, measuring effectiveness, and driving improvement.
• Ability to use data and business outcomes to guide decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Training Manager team, Technical Director, Specialty Services Manager, and other technical resources.
• Build scalable training and technical services capabilities to support growth.
• Collaborate with Operations and HR to align training with workforce planning.
• Strengthen field coaching, knowledge transfer, and performance measurement.
