Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business required.
• 10+ years experience in technical sales with strong technical acumen.
• 10+ years experience managing strategic partnerships.
• Willingness to travel 25%–50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall technical sales strategy across product categories, regions, and market segments.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with sales, finance, own brands, and marketing to drive growth.
• Mentor a team of technical sales professionals and promote a strong sales culture.
• Own revenue targets for product verticals and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Champion market and product innovation by incorporating customer feedback into improvements.
• Build executive relationships with key partners to sustain growth and competitiveness.
• Track industry trends and coach the team to outpace competition.
• Deliver compelling value propositions through all sales activities and presentations.
• Report on pipeline, market share, and competitive positioning to senior management.
