Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Director of Technical Implementation to lead onboarding and technical implementation for a large portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients.

You will manage a team of senior implementation professionals, establishing standards and operating rhythms to deliver reliable, on-time go-lives while collaborating with Engineering, Client Success, Finance, TPAs, health plans, and carriers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical implementation, operations, or SaaS delivery.
• 3+ years managing senior or principal-level contributors.
• Experience building scalable processes in startup or growth-stage environments.
• Hands-on healthcare implementation with eligibility and claims files, SFTP, and partners.
• Strong understanding of payors and data integrations.
• Experience designing team processes and visibility systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementations to go-live.
• Experience with data file processing and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation organization with Senior Technical Implementation Managers.
• Plan capacity and staffing across concurrent implementations.
• Establish operating standards and escalation paths.
• Create implementation visibility with reliable tracking and reporting.
• Own end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Drive on-time, accurate technical launches (eligibility, claims, prior authorization, SFTP, config).
• Lead remediation and root-cause analysis when issues arise.
• Standardize processes with SOPs and playbooks.
• Improve efficiency by reducing manual work with Engineering.
• Coordinate with TPAs, health plans, carriers and partners for scalable solutions.
• Ensure smooth handoffs post go-live.
• Support complex benefit implementations and carve-outs.
• Optimize client launches and engagement after launch.
