Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Director of Implementation to lead SMB and mid-market client onboarding in the United States. This senior role oversees WFM and Payroll implementations across hundreds of clients monthly, driving scale, quality, and cost efficiency.

You will build distributed teams, set standards and KPIs, and partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to close gaps and increase self-service capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume implementation programs in SMB/mid-market segments.
• Proven ability to coach managers and develop scalable teams.
• Strong data-driven decision making with dashboards and KPIs.
• Ability to balance quality, speed, and cost in delivery.
• Collaborates with Product, Engineering, and Sales to remove blockers.

Responsibilities

• Lead WFM and Payroll implementation managers and set performance standards.
• Own delivery across SMB/mid-market implementations with defined SLAs.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows, capacity, and processes.
• Drive productization and self-service initiatives with Product and Sales.
• Manage offshore/third-party delivery teams and optimize their models.
• Establish dashboards for volume, quality, and cost performance.
