Leap is seeking a Director of Technical Implementation to lead client onboarding and the technical implementation team end-to-end. This role will manage a large book of mid-market and enterprise deployments, with some direct client work, and set standards, playbooks, staffing, and QA for all implementations.

As a remote-friendly leadership position reporting to the SVP of Client Operations & Success, you will work closely with Engineering, Client Success, and Finance to deliver launches on time

Formación

• 8+ years in technical implementation, technical operations, or SaaS delivery.
• Experience designing team processes, escalation paths, or tracking systems for visibility across many implementations.
• Startup or growth-stage experience building playbooks, SOPs, or processes from scratch.

Responsabilidades

• Build, manage, and develop the technical implementation team with clear ownership across the book of work.
• Design operating rhythms, escalation paths, and feedback loops to surface roadblocks.
• Own end-to-end delivery across a large portfolio of mid-market and enterprise implementations.
