Qualifications

• 3–7 years of public accounting experience is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of SEC accounting, BCFs, derivatives, and equity valuation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
• Outstanding project management and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of tax provisions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in financial modeling, including budgeting, forecasting, and projections.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of GAAP to address accounting and financial inquiries by researching and interpreting data.
• Prepare for SEC audits and reviews, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Assess and improve financial processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency.
• Review financial statements for both public and private sectors, including disclosures for audit, review, and compilation engagements.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
