Formación

• Five to eight years of progressive accounting experience, CPA required.
• Expertise in financial reporting and internal controls, ability to operate independently on high-stakes work.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives end-to-end and enhance deliverables through review and coaching.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex matters to diverse audiences.
• Experience managing sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Lead change initiatives across the management company accounting function, from scoping to post-implementation review.
• Prepare and review recurring financial reporting deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as a technical resource on complex accounting matters and financial reporting requirements.
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to shape accounting involvement on firmwide initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen processes and build scalable workflows.
• Identify opportunities to apply generative AI and automation to streamline activities.
