Job summary

WhiteCap Search is seeking a skilled finance professional to drive diversity in finance, accounting, reporting, and data-centric initiatives within the finance department. You will work closely with the SEC Reporting Manager, Controllers, and CFO to deliver top-tier analysis, enhance reporting deliverables, and streamline processes for improved efficiency.

Qualifications

Three+ years in audit, financial reporting, or related role.
Strong understanding of accounting and reporting principles.
Experience in SEC or regulatory reporting is highly desirable.
Proficient in Excel, SQL, Tableau.

Responsibilities

Engage in various finance, accounting, and reporting initiatives, including external and internal reporting.
Develop and sustain internal management reporting, recurring reporting packages, and ad hoc analyses.
Handle large datasets to aid in reporting, variance analysis, and management insights.
Contribute to design, development, and maintenance of reporting tools and dashboards.
Assist with quarter-end and year-end reporting cycles and support for audits.
Identify opportunities to automate tasks and improve data quality and controls.
Participate in special projects related to reporting, systems, data governance, and finance process enhancements.
