Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an External Reporting and SEC Compliance Manager to lead external financial reporting for the Global Coffee Company Controllership. You will manage quarterly and annual SEC filings, coordinate with auditors, and refine accounting policies to ensure GAAP/IFRS alignment.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership, the ability to balance strategic guidance with active execution, and strong communication with senior leadership across finance and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Requires CPA license and Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in accounting, auditing, financial reporting, or SEC reporting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, SEC reporting requirements, and public company reporting practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, proxy statements).
• Manage external reporting calendar and delivery across stakeholders and auditors.
• Support XBRL tagging, disclosure controls, and SEC filing activities.
