CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Technology Strategy and Program Governance to shape the multi-year technology vision and governance for Third-Party Administrator and Payer Solutions. You will drive investment decisions, executive communications, and operating rhythms across a 300-person technology organization.

You will partner with senior leaders to align technology investments with business goals, elevate governance practices, and deliver measurable outcomes, accelerating modernization

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise technology strategy, organizational planning, and portfolio governance.
• 10+ years partnering with senior tech and business executives to influence investment priorities and strategy.
• 8+ years overseeing technology portfolios, capital investments, and governance in large-scale tech orgs.
• 5+ years collaborating across software engineering, product, architecture, and operations to drive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities with actionable plans and executive presentations.
• Lead the operating rhythm of the technology org with governance, workforce planning, and executive communications.
• Oversee portfolio governance, capital planning, financial mgmt, and strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Monitor delivery performance, risks, and portfolio health; report transparently to executive leadership.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, Finance, HR and stakeholders to improve effectiveness and drive transformation.
