Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Talent Solutions Senior Specialist to source, engage, assess and secure Director through Managing Director level talent for critical business roles. You will build external pipelines, map leadership talent, and influence senior leaders with market intelligence and succession planning.

The role emphasizes strategic partnership and executive-level stakeholder management. Expected to operate with strong business acumen, minimal travel, and the ability to leverage AI tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Director level and above recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and ATS experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Minimal travel required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Director through Managing Director level roles.
• Develop talent market scans and go-to-market hiring strategies.
• Build external talent pipelines and succession plans for leadership roles.
• Consult with senior leaders on talent trade-offs and capability gaps.
• Lead intake sessions and calibrations with stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools while maintaining human-in-the-loop discretion.
