Job summary

Reporting to the Senior VP, Talent & Development, you will manage a team of two Senior Director I and two Directors, collaborate across functions, and drive performance enablement and culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, OD, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 8+ years of progressively responsible Talent and Development experience across functions, geographies, and stakeholder groups.
• Experience leading complex, multi-year enterprise initiatives and setting strategy.
• Ability to connect people solutions to business strategy and measurable outcomes, with strong executive communication.”

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of enterprise Talent and Development priorities aligned to the Long Range Plan.
• Act as senior product owner for the portfolio, guiding scope, priorities, and adoption measures.
• Establish cross-functional global teams and align with senior leaders on outcomes and governance.
• Lead and develop a high-impact TD team, manage budgets and external partnerships.
