Qualifications

• Manage the Talent Management Review Process.
• Manage the Performance Life Cycle.
• Manage the Performance and Development Modules in SuccessFactors.
• Manage the 360° process, including timelines and deployment.
• Oversee the University Trainee Program and Summer Internship.
