Job summary

Associa is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead recruiting delivery across business areas, combining hands-on executive recruiting with team leadership. Reporting to the VP of HR Operations, you will shape how we attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent.

You will focus on senior-level searches, build meaningful talent networks, and drive process improvements that deliver a consistent candidate experience at scale.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates for executive or hard-to-fill roles.
• Results-driven, proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers across multiple functions.
• Experience leading recruiters in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, job boards, social media, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day recruiting operations across roles or regions.
• Own executive and critical-role searches with targeted sourcing.
• Coach recruiters to build sustainable pipelines of passive and active talent.
• Advise HR leaders and hiring managers on role requirements.
• Elevate the hiring experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Monitor metrics like time-to-fill and candidate experience.
• Strengthen recruiting practices and compliance.
• Expand talent reach with vendors and networks.
• Develop a high-performing recruiting team.
