Job summary

Planned Companies is seeking an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition in Parsippany, NJ, hybrid work arrangement. The role leads the recruiting team and partners with executives to attract and hire top talent across the organization.

You will drive workforce planning, optimize recruiters’ performance, and implement scalable hiring strategies while ensuring compliance with employment laws. A strong emphasis is placed on employer branding and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including professional and leadership-level roles.
• 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or supervising recruiting teams.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and employment laws.
• Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruiting strategy and workforce planning with leadership.
• Lead, coach, and develop Talent Acquisition team members.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and leadership positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting plans.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, time-to-fill, quality of hire, and recruiter productivity.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, career fairs, and community outreach.
