Job summary

Fluence Energy, LLC is seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain Transformation to drive strategic initiatives across the organization. You will align processes, systems, people and operating models for the Global Innovation and Development group, partnering with IT and cross-functional teams to deliver growth and operational excellence.

The role requires bold leadership, change management expertise, and a proven track record in enterprise transformation within manufacturing or supply chain

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation, operational excellence, business process improvement, strategy, PMO or organizational change initiatives.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives in manufacturing, industrial, supply chain, engineering, or operations.
• Proven ability to operate in complex, ambiguous and hypergrowth environments, creating structure and alignment across diverse stakeholders.
• Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to identify interdependencies and navigate complex environments across people, processes, data, technology and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end value streams, processes, data structures, systems and operating models.
• Lead structured problem solving and business case development for transformation priorities.
• Partner with Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Service and Finance to align priorities.
• Lead change management and communications to drive adoption of new processes and systems.
• Govern and execute transformation initiatives with governance, metrics and reporting.
• Define transformation roadmaps and establish performance metrics for sustained results.
