Job summary

Fluence Energy, LLC seeks a Senior Legal Counsel, Supply Chain to act as a strategic legal partner for global procurement, manufacturing, and operations. You will structure, draft, and negotiate complex agreements, advise on domestic and international supply chain matters, compliance, IP and technology issues, and risk management in a fast-paced, global business.

The role requires a JD, active US bar, and 7+ years in commercial transactions with strong negotiation and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; active U.S. state bar.
• 7+ years of legal experience in commercial transactions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex supply chain and commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage master and long-term supply agreements.
• Provide legal support for global sourcing, manufacturing, and supplier management.
• Advise on regulatory compliance, sanctions, and responsible sourcing.
• Partner with IP and technology teams on licensing and know‑how issues.
